Please note:

E-VOUCHER USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: SERVICE REGISTRATION AT HOTEL

• Customers who wish to purchase tickets for the “Sun World Hon Thom” cable car register for the service at the information counter in the hotel lobby.
• Select the type of cable car ticket to purchase and register Face ID.
• For guests with tickets included in the hotel package, just register Face ID at the counte

STEP 2: DOWNLOAD SUNLINK APP:

• Download the SunLink App from the App Store or Google Play.
• Customers enter identification information: email/phone number.
• After verification via email/phone number register at the hotel, customers use Face ID to log in.
• The complimentary E-voucher will appear in the “SunLink” app (E-voucher is not activated for use yet).

STEP 3: SCAN FACE ID AT SUN WORLD HON THOM:

• Scan Face ID to enter the cable car gate.
• E-vouchers for purchases at VietNam Select are automatically activated and valid for use.

STEP 4: USE E-VOUCHER VIA SUN LINK APP:

• Customers shop at VietNam Select supermarket at VuiFest Bazaar.
• Customers log in to the SunLink app using Face ID to view the voucher list.
• Customers scan the QR code with the SunLink app at the checkout counter of the supermarket.
• Customers enter the corresponding payment amount for the order.
• Customers select the voucher they wish to apply and press “Confirm.”
• Transaction with E-voucher is successful.

Cụ thể:

• Mua 01 vé Sun World Hon Thom người lớn được nhận 06 voucher trị giá 50.000 VND, tổng giá trị là 300.000 VND
• Mua 01 vé Sun World Hon Thom trẻ em được nhận 04 voucher trị giá 50.000 VND, tổng giá trị là 200.000 VND.

Lưu ý:

• Thời hạn hiệu lực của voucher: Đến hết ngày khách hàng lưu trú tại khách sạn
• E-voucher không có giá trị quy đổi ra tiền mặt, không hoàn tiền thừa nếu quá hạn và không sử dụng.

HƯỚNG DẪN SỬ DỤNG E-VOUCHER

BƯỚC 1: ĐĂNG KÝ DỊCH VỤ TẠI KHÁCH SẠN

• Khách hàng có nhu cầu mua vé cáp treo Sun World Hon Thom đăng ký dịch vụ tại quầy thông tin tại sảnh khách sạn. 
• Chọn loại vé cáp treo cần mua và đăng ký Face ID
• Đối với khách đã có vé trong gói phòng, chỉ cần đăng ký FaceID tại quầy

BƯỚC 2: DOWNLOAD APP SUNLINK: 

• Download App SunLink tại App Store hoặc Google Play
• Khách hàng nhập thông tin định danh: Email/SDT
• Sau khi được xác minh bằng email/SDT đăng ký tại sảnh khách sạn, khách hàng sử dụng Face ID để đăng nhập
• E-voucher được tặng sẽ hiển thị trong app SunLink (E-voucher chưa được kích hoạt để sử dụng)

BƯỚC 3: QUÉT FACE ID TẠI SUN WORLD HON THOM

• Quét Face ID để vào cổng cáp treo
• E-voucher mua hàng tại VietNam Select tự động được kích hoạt và có giá trị sử dụng

BƯỚC 4: SỬ DỤNG E-VOUCHER BẰNG APP SUN LINK

• Khách hàng mua sắm tại siêu thị VietNam Select tại chợ đêm Vui Fest
• Khách hàng đăng nhập App SunLink bằng Face ID để xem danh sách voucher
• Khách hàng Quét mã QR bằng App SunLink tại quầy thanh toán của siêu thị
• Khách hàng nhập số tiền cần thanh toán tương ứng với đơn hàng 
• Khách hàng lựa chọn Voucher muốn áp dụng và nhấn “Xác nhận”
• Giao dịch bằng E-voucher thành công
